Thank you for this thoughtful post. When I am between my own rock and hard place, I often ask myself, "what is my investment in keeping things the same?" If it's where I choose to be, so be it! And if not, how can I change.

Thank you for this post and for your Little Detours book. As I am getting older, I find myself looking to see where I can do more for others. There are so many people who need our love and our compassion that it helps me forget the aches and pains of arthritis and other elements of getting up there in years.
